It was surreal to once again meet the top chef in the world & my friend Chef Massimo Bottura. I asked him what makes a great chef according to him. His reply was "Culture". He said we should not forget to respect who we are and where we came from. For where we came from has a unique story which the world need to hear. His words kept echoing in my mind and had a huge impact. I shared with him our beloved lord ganesha who stands for kindness, good luck and life itself. What moved me is how deeply he was touched by the gesture and immediately touched Ganesha with his forehead as a mark of respect. Respect for each others culture is greatest form of love. He truly is a great chef & a great man. Thank you @virsanghvi @raajsanghvi and @culinaryculture to bring such iconic chefs to India. 👉🏻 Website: http://www.chefkunalkapur.com/

Simmering to Perfection: Incorporate the primary ingredients (vegetables, paneer, lentils, or proteins) and simmer gently with warm water or broth until tender and deeply infused with flavor.
  5. 5
Finishing & Garnish: Adjust seasoning with salt, sprinkle freshly crushed roasted kasoori methi and garam masala, and garnish generously with freshly chopped coriander leaves. Serve piping hot with roti, paratha, or fragrant basmati rice.

Chef Kunal's Pro Secret Tip

Use freshly roasted and hand-ground whole spices for the most vibrant flavor profile. Allow aromatics to bloom gently in fat, and always taste your dish in the final 2 minutes of simmering to balance acidity, salt, and heat.
