  • Semolina - 2 Cups
  • Curd - 1 Cup
  • Ginger Green Chilli Paste - 1 tbsp
  • Hing - ½ tsp
  • Salt - 2 tsp
  • Water - 1½ cups
  • Carrot Puree - 2 tbsp
  • Food Colour - a dash
  • Spinach Puree - 2 tbsp
  • Food Colour - a dash
  • Fruit Salt - 4 tsp

For Tadka

  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds - 1½ tsp
  • Green chillies - 5-6 nos

For chutney

  • Fresh Coriander - 1½ cups
  • Mint leaves - ½ cup
  • Ginger - a ½ inch piece
  • Garlic cloves, small - 7-8 nos
  • Green chillies - 2 nos
  • Salt - to taste
  • Chaat masala - 2 tsp
  • Lemon, small - 1 no
  • Chilled Water - a dash
