Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions

In a clean bowl, crack open the eggs, sprinkle salt and pepper. Whisk them for a minute. Heat a Tawa or a non-stick pan. Add some oil, pour the eggs and turn off the heat. Swirl the pan to evenly spread the eggs on the pan.

Place 2 slices of bread adjacent to each other over the egg. Smear butter over the bread slices and turn over the egg with the bread. Put on the heat and cook them till the bread turns crisp. Turn off the heat again and smear cheese spread over the egg side, place a cheese slice, add chopped onions, tomato, capsicum, coriander and Italian herbs. Place a slice of cheese on top.

Now turn on the heat to a low and lift one side of the bread and place it over the other. Cook on both sides till crisp and remove to a chopping board.

Cut them into half and serve it hot.
